How We Work
Property Locations will lease your property from you from 1 to 5 years and become your tenant. After an initial Inspection, if necessary we will ask you to bring your home up to the requirements of our highly profiled clients – usually city working professionals. Either the whole property or rooms are rented to our clients on individual AST’s and we take care of everything. As we are your tenant, you will only ever have to deal with us.
There are a lot of details to consider when renting a property, including a number of hidden costs that can cut down your overall monthly profit when using the traditional letting model. By using us to manage your property, you will maximise your monthly return and eliminate all hassles, giving you the peace of mind and lifestyle that you want.
As soon as the house is ready to let, you will start receiving your guaranteed rent. This will be from the day we sign the agreement or as soon as any refurb work is completed.
